Luther Tower is a 201-unit 14 story independent living community.  Located in Downtown San Diego, this building offers its residents amenities such as 24 hour onsite management, modern laundry room, recreation room, library, and an exercise room.

This $10 million total renovation project required removal of asbestos, lead and drywall. All new electrical and plumbing were installed.  Energy efficient additions included LED lighting, water-saving plumbing, shade screening, and high-efficiency windows. Other upgrades included elevator modernizations, asphalt, roofing, cabinets, quartz counter tops, landscaping, flooring, and so much more.
