The Cypress Pines Apartments project involved the complete renovation to the interior and exteriors. All 82 units received new flooring, cabinets and quartz countertops, doors and hardware, new lighting and energy-efficient appliances.  Additional upgrades were made to the art business center, garden area, playground and community room.
