La Villa Puente Apartments is a garden-style, low income housing HUD apartment complex community located in La Puente, CA.  The project involved complete interior upgrades to 121 units and extensive exterior repairs. The community building and entryway was restored with Spanish revival-style architecture including an outdoor fireplace and added 2000 sq ft of community space. New windows and balconies were added to each of the 120 standard units and 1 new manager unit. The exterior of the complex received new parking lots and carports, fencing and gates, new roofing, added CCTV security, landscaping and site lighting.
