Palm View Apartments is a low-income community for people with special needs, located in West Hollywood, California. This 40-unit, 3-building complex project consisted of complete interior updates including new doors and windows, complete new kitchens and bathrooms, painting and drywall repairs, new fixtures and all new appliances.  The community building, elevators, common areas, landscape and exteriors received all new modern upgrades.
