Kimball Morgan Towers are affordable, senior-living communities within the two 9-story towers located in National City, California.

The towers contain a combined total of 303 apartment units and a 6,500 sq. ft. city-operated Nutrition Center including a commercial kitchen.

In 2019, the two buildings went under substantial renovation of all major systems and sustainable upgrades for the units, common areas and landscape amenities.  The project upgrades consisted of complete renovations of interior units with finishes including cabinets, countertops, energy-efficient lighting, full paint, flooring, appliances, plumbing and electrical upgrades. The Nutrition Center underwent a complete restoration including upgrades to the dining, kitchen and lobby spaces. The common areas, office and laundry rooms were also renovated, complete with new flooring, paint, plumbing upgrades and appliances.  Finally, exterior and site improvements included landscaping and drainage upgrades, new roofing, parking lot repairs, modernized elevators, building signage, energy-efficient equipment, fire safety improvements and dual-pane windows.
