Claremont Village Apartments features 151 units spread over 15 apartment buildings.  Residents of Claremont Village enjoy amenities such as a new community building, 2 laundry buildings, a basketball court, and 2 playgrounds.

This $8.5 million renovation project required removal of asbestos, lead and drywall. Also, all new electrical, HVAC and plumbing were installed.  Energy efficient additions included LED lighting, air conditioning, water-saving plumbing, shade screening, and high-efficiency windows. Other upgrades included asphalt, roofing, cabinets, quartz counter tops, landscaping, flooring, and so much more.
