Cameron Park Apartments is a 14-building, 158-unit multifamily affordable housing apartment complex located in West Covina, California. The property includes a range of one to four-bedroom apartments.

This project underwent an extensive interior and exterior renovation that provided its residents an updated, safe and affordable living space. All units received new cabinets, quartz countertops, flooring, doors, energy-efficient lighting, full paint and new appliances. Exterior renovations included new windows, stucco repairs, painting, roofing, site lighting and landscaping. The community building and common areas received full upgrades as well.
